It’s a fascinating time where robotics meets energy, and it’s opening up new possibilities.

However, the challenge remains: finding talent with a blend of traditional subsea experience and modern robotics know-how isn’t easy. It’s a relatively new field, and the talent pool hasn’t fully caught up yet. For professionals in the industry, this is a great opportunity. Upskilling in robotics and automation can give you a leg up in a competitive job market.

And for companies, investing in training to fill this skills gap could be crucial. The subsea landscape is changing fast, and those who adapt to this robotic shift will likely be at the forefront.
